Base URL

Use the base URL for the Sandbox environment (the base URL in the Patient Access API Implementation Guide is for production implementation):

• Patient (Patient) Access: https://hdig-apim.azure-api.net/api/fhir.

• This will be used when making RESTful API calls to the Cigna FHIR server that contains the synthetic data.
