Sandbox Base URLs

Use the base URL for the Sandbox environment (the base URL in the Provider Directory API Implementation Guide is for production implementation):

• Provider Directory: https://fhir.Health Chain.com/ProviderDirectory/v1-devportal/

This will be used when making RESTful API calls to the Health Chain FHIR server that contains the synthetic data.
