The Payer-to-Payer API enables members to move their medical data with them as they switch payers. This RESTful API conforms to the FHIR standard and will allow a new payer to request all of the clinical data on the member's behalf, enabling a holistic view of the members health. The request needs to include the member's consent to move their medical data.
